• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.
• Any unpaid balances must be settled before the service commences.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• For Car Rentals:
  • The customer must ensure they meet all local driving laws and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • The rented vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
  • The customer is responsible for any damage, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
• For Tours and Transfers:
  • The customer must arrive on time at the agreed pickup location.
  • Any delays or changes must be communicated to the Company in advance.

6. Liability

• The Company is not liable for:
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during the use of our services.
  • Delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
• The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.

7. Prohibited Activities

While using our services or website, customers agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Use the rented vehicles for unauthorized purposes, such as racing or transporting illegal goods.
• Tamper with or misuse the Company’s vehicles or equipment.

8. Insurance

• The Company provides basic insurance for rented vehicles.
• Customers may opt for additional insurance coverage at an extra cost.
• Insurance does not cover negligence, reckless driving, or unauthorized use of the vehicle.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

10. Changes to Bookings

• Changes to bookings, such as rescheduling or modifications, must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for changes made less than 72 hours before the service.

• Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from the Company.

12. Termination of Services
