- Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- 72 Hours Before Service: Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or service.
- Less Than 72 Hours: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations:
If we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the service.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after a cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Changes to Bookings
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking without additional charges if the request is made at least 72 hours before the service. Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur a fee.
- Changes in Itinerary: Any changes to the itinerary (e.g., pickup/drop-off locations or additional services) are subject to availability and may require additional charges.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refunds or modifications may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:
- Emergency situations (e.g., medical emergencies) with valid documentation.
- Service interruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters or political unrest).
Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis.
